I pulled my mid/upper back muscles 1 week out from the race. Tuesday, the day before I was feeling about 90% and re injured my back while working on my bike to get things ready. The pain was so bad that I could barely get around and while laying on the couch, I decided to post on Facebook and ask for prayer. Wednesday, I got to the start line, pain about a 5 on a scale of 1-10. I felt ok on the bike and decided to just ride and enjoy the scenery.
